  • Yoga Instructor, RYT 200

Audrey Coltrane started practicing yoga 5 years ago, with intentions of it being a way to exercise and find time for herself- Quickly realizing that it was so much more. Dealing with anxiety and depression from a young age, she found it became an amazing tool to become grounded, bringing her back to the present, when those feelings arose. Her practice evolved into, not only a tool, but a life changing experience (from the inside, out), that she now wants to share with everyone.

In 2021 she became a certified 200 RYT through My Vinyasa practice, focusing on Vinyasa and Hatha style yoga, with both a Restorative and Yin certification to follow. Her hope in sharing her practice, is for you to feel safe to explore, challenge, and accept yourself, for the beautiful human you are.

  • Yoga Instructor, RYT 200

Jordan has been practicing yoga since 2013. When she first began, she was constantly training for different races and noticed how much yoga seemed to help her speed, flexibility, and recovery time.

In 2015 she signed up for her first marathon. She was so excited to complete the race, but she noticed things didn’t feel right in her body. She was constantly dizzy and tired. After a visit to her doctor, Jordan received the diagnosis of MS. Running wasn’t really option anymore. After much research and thought, yoga seemed to be the answer. It has helped her heal in so many ways. As her practice improved, she started noticing her strength coming back.

Her balance improved. She started noticing she handled stress better and felt an overall calmness she hadn’t felt before. Observing these things, Jordan realized yoga wasn’t just about the asanas. It was about the complete picture: mind, body, and soul. She obtained her 200RYT with the goal of helping others find their best selves.

  • Yoga Instructor, E-RYT 200

Erin started practicing yoga over 7 years ago and admittedly only started because of the physical exercise and challenge it provided. Yoga has since become an ongoing journey to feel at home in her body, breath and spirit. Yoga helps her stay grounded and strong as the emotional and spiritual benefits are just as important as the physical benefits from a consistent practice.

Erin has been teaching yoga for four years and specializes in flow, alignment-oriented yoga, spiritually-oriented yoga and hot/heated yoga. She earned her RYT-200 in 2019 through the Yoga Mindset School of Yoga and Wellness and is currently working on her RYT-300.

Her passion is for everyone, every time they step on their mats to feel at home in their own body, breath and spirit. She cultivates that focus and intention into her teaching by guiding her students through the asanas as well as moving them into a place of greater compassion through meditation.
